UNESCO National Commission of the Philippines (UNACOM) is pleased to inform you that within the framework of UNESCO/People's Republic of China (The Great Wall) Co-Sponsored Fellowships Programme, the Government of the People's Republic of China has placed at the disposal of UNESCO seventy-five (75) fellowships for the academic year 2017-2018 for advanced studies at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These fellowships are for the benefit of developing member states in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, Europe and North America and Arab region.

Offered in open competition, these fellowships are intended for students wishing to pursue higher education or undertake individual research for a duration of one academic year (From September 2017 - July 2018) in Chinese universities. In most cases, fellows will participate in the programmes conducted in English while in exceptional cases, some candidates may be required to study Chinese language before taking up research or study in their field of interest.
