Call for Manuscripts 2024: Metro Manila Health Research and Development Consortium (MMHRDC) and SciEnggJ
The Metro Manila Health Research and Development Consortium (MMHRDC), in partnership with ScienggJ, the official journal of the Philippine-American Academy of Science and Engineering (PAASE), extends this invitation to encourage the presentation of innovative research in health-related fields.
This Call for Manuscript aims to enrich the body of knowledge in health research and foster a collaborative environment where researchers can connect and exchange ideas with peers from diverse institutions. Accepted manuscripts also have the opportunity to be published in ScienggJ free of charge.
Submissions are now open! Interested researchers may submit their work via the submission form linked below, or by scanning the QR code provided. The submission window will close on October 31, 2024.
Manuscript Eligibility Criteria
- Submissions should be original research articles focused on health-related topics.
- The primary author must be affiliated with an MMHRDC member institution.
- Priority will be given to research outputs from government-funded projects conducted within the past five years.
- Manuscripts must follow the guidelines of ScienggJ and be submitted via this Google form.
The new deadline for submissions is October 31, 2024.
The 2022 special issue of ScieEnggJ were centered on health-related research. It included a variety of articles such as a critique on the “war on drugs” in the Philippines, studies on leukemia, dental issues in preschool children, PhilHealth’s coverage for members, and chronic arsenic poisoning cases, among others.
