The Metro Manila Health Research and Development Consortium, in collaboration with Trinity University Asia (TUA), conducted a 3-day Online Workshop on Responsible Conduct of Research, on January 13 to 15, 2025 via Zoom.
It held insightful discussions on research practices that upholds the proper guidelines, principles, and obligation of an ethical researcher. The workshop instills this importance by allowing the participants themselves to take on case studies that intercept their critical thinking and immediately apply what they have learned. The audience showed great dedication in the learnings as it concluded with over 97 participants found in attendance up to the last day.
We were also joined by University President of Trinity University Asia, Dr. Gisela DA Luna, in formally opening the program with a good start, together with many of our esteemed lecturers, Dr. Maria Salome Vios, Dr. Jean Anne B. Toral, Dr. Cristina E. Torres, Dr. Tristan Jourdan Dela Cruz, Mr. Jules Carl R. Celebrado, Dr. Jacinto Blas Mantaring III, Dr. Ma. Luisa Enriquez, Atty. James Dennis Gumpal, Prof. Edlyn Jimenez, and Dr. Michael Baclig in promoting responsible conduct for Trinity University Asia and all our member institutions.
